1. Entry is free and no purchase is necessary.
2. Voting is conducted by scanning the official QR code and submitting the online voting form with contact details correctly entered.
3. Vote for your favourite artwork(s) displayed in the exhibition.
4. You may vote for as many artworks as you wish.
5. Only one vote per artwork will be counted from each individual.
6. Voting is open only to persons aged 18 years or over.
7. Voting closes on the 31st August 2026. Votes received after the closing date may not be counted.
8. The artwork receiving the highest number of valid votes will be declared the People’s Choice Award winner for 2026.
9. Prize winners will be randomly drawn from the valid votes submitted for each artwork.
10. Participants do not need to be present at the prize draw to win, but will be required to present at the Marina to collect their prize in person, identification may be required.
11. The organisers Media PR, reserves the right to verify the identity of participants and the validity of all votes submitted.
12. Any duplicate, fraudulent, automated, misleading or manipulated votes, or any attempt to interfere with the voting process or prize draw, may be declared invalid and removed from the final count.
13. Any attempt to influence or manipulate the outcome of the competition or the allocation of prizes may result in disqualification from the competition.
14. The organisers reserve the hright to amend these Terms & Conditions and Competition Rules, substitute prizes of equal or greater value if necessary, or cancel, suspend or modify the competition where circumstances beyond the organiser’s reasonable control make this necessary.
15. The organisers reserve the right to verify the final voting results and adjust the final vote count where invalid or ineligible votes are identified.
16. The organiser’s decisions regarding the validity of votes, eligibility of participants, prize winners and all matters relating to the competition are final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
17. The total number of votes received for individual artworks will remain confidential unless the organiser chooses to publish the results.
18. Personal information collected through the voting process will be used solely for administering the People’s Choice Award unless participants separately consent to receive future communications.
19. Personal information will not be sold or disclosed to third parties except where required by law.
20. The organisers accept no responsibility for lost, delayed, incomplete, corrupted or undelivered electronic entries.
21. By submitting a vote, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood and agree to these Terms & Conditions and Competition Rules.
